CAREER TALK BY PROF. DR. MASATAKA KUBO

6 October 2016: Career Talk programme was successfully held on Thursday with the attendance of more than 200 students and staff at Ibn Sina Hall, FTKEA B. Prof. Dr. Masataka Kubo presented a talk about the guide on how to study at at Japanese University and how to work in Japanese industries. This programme is hosted by Internationalization Unit together with TATIUC Student Representative Council (MPP).


TATIUC - MIE UNIVERSITY INBOUND EXCHANGE PROGRAMME 2016

24 August 2016: TATIUC received 3 groups of Mie University Postgraduate students to undergo a joint exchange programme at TATIUC for one month. These groups consisted of 13 students from Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Department, Mie University. The objective of this programme is to train English communication skills and enhance intercultural activities between Japanese students and TATIUC students.

VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN TO TATIUC

10 June 2016: TATIUC received an official visit of His Excellency Mr. Murad Askarov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, the Republic of Uzbekistan on Friday, 10 June 2016. Both sides had a fruitful discussions and exchanged views on promoting education and trade in the areas of oil and gas, technical education and tourism. The visit ended with a quick tour to the three faculties; Faculty of Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Faculty of Electrical and Automation Engineering Technology and Faculty of Chemical Engineering Technology.

 

SPECIAL AUDITING EXCHANGE PROGRAMME APRIL 2016 INTAKE AT MIE UNIVERSITY

30 April 2016: Md. Raffiq Shahril Alias was selected as the Special Auditing Exchange student at Mechanical Department, Mie University for six months. During this programme, he He was also the recipient of JASSO scholarship amounted 80,000 yen per month.

PROMOTIONAL VISIT TO SOUTHERN THAILAND SCHOOLS ON 17 -21 AUGUST 2016

17 - 21 August 2016: TATIUC embarked a new path in its promotional activities by having a two-way discussion with 41 school representatives in Southern Thailand, covering the areas of Narathiwat, Yala and Pattani. This 5-day visit provided opportunities for interaction with students, teachers and visits to schools in 3 main territorries in Southern Thailand.
